2. Items are generally shipped out within 2 working days (48hours) after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).

3. Once we send your package, we will send you tracking number once it's available. Package transitting time normally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please be patient.

Please make sure your shipping address and private phone number you enter here are correct. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us an incorrect address or something like that.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once you place your order by clicking on the "I confirm my order" button, you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your bagfashionstyle.com order number will be sent to you. If you can't find any confirmation email, please contact us via e-mail at fashionpurse@yahoo.cn or fashionpurse9@gmail.com  as soon as possible.

Orders usually ship within 24-36 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you via e-mail within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery.

Orders Maybe Delayed for the Following Reasons:

- "Bill To" and "Ship to" addresses are not the same.
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires special customization.

Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized in China ,we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.
